Leslie returned to the San Antonio area with George Klein to establish the San Antonio branch of Marion Spiers Architects. After five years of growing the firm's San Antonio branch, the San Antonio and Houston offices of Marion Spiers Architects were split. The Houston office became MSA of Houston while Leslie and George were made partners in the San Antonio office which became known as MSA of San Antonio, Inc. Leslie has served on the St. David's School Board, the Alter Guild for St. David's Church, and committee chair for the St. Thomas PTA Mathew 25 Program, as well as being a YMCA Board member. Leslie is married to Brent Anderson, and they have two wonderful young sons. The family is a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. Leslie enjoys camping with her family, reading, and painting.

Leslie Anderson grew up in Bulverde in the Texas Hill Country outside of San Antonio. She studied Environmental Design at Texas A & M University and graduated Cum Laude in 1993. Upon graduating Leslie worked for a residential architectural firm in Houston.
