MSA coordinated placement of building and parking on a demanding, sloping 35-acre site with protected environmental features.  MSA worked closely with a civil engineer as well as a variety of retail tenants and their own design teams to maintain a cohesive plan for the center, rapidly accommodating changes for incoming and potential tenants in 2007.  The overall aesthetic of the shopping center draws from local farm and ranch architecture.
