Market Ridge Road is located in north San Antonio set back from HWY 281 & Evans Road.  This 2.5-acre site was divided into five lots to be sold separately by the developer.  Each lot was developed with a one-story building ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 sq. ft.  These professional offices included the site development with a symmetrical building that would work for one owner or multiple tenants.  The modern hill country design fit well within the Stone Oak Associations Architectural Guidelines.
