Located near the intersection of Bitters and Blanco Road in north San Antonio, this 5,000 sq. ft. two tenant office building was designed for a new insurance office finish-out of 2,000 sq. ft. and 3,000 sq. ft. unfinished shell space for a future tenant.  Design services for this project included site design, design of the overall shell building and interior finish-out of the insurance office.
