This 4,344 sq. ft. bar and grill located at Thousand Oaks, was a collaborative effort on a tight budget.  The interior renovation and finish out required updates to the finishes in the existing kitchen and toilet rooms.  The simplistic material pallet makes the bar the focal point this spacious hangout.
